Once a theatre of new and exciting buzz and fanfare, and now on the decline slowly as they cut service at the bar because people don't eat there as often. The staff has been reduced. It still looks nice and I like going during the week to avoid the crowd.

Actual theatre is nice as is the variety of movies. The concession stand service is the slowest I have ever seen and forget about the Starbucks, Pizza, Ben &Jerry’s etc there is often only one person doing the whole thing. No local phone number either. I found out because there was a fire alarm last time I was there and there was no easy way to get a refund. I wish they would put in a little more effort.

Best part about this movie theater is the restaurant inside it. Studio 3...love the sweet potato fries and good beer. Movie theater needs some upgrading. Seats are ok. Arm rests do not move up and not so much kid friendly. With the pricing for tickets, they need to upgrade to reclining seats. Rooms are fairly clean no complaints on that side.

I used to be thrilled about the place. It was never a 5 star but really nice. Now I see it sliding down hill. Have to take whatever they have at the concession, service people slow and not trained on food handling (young girl digging in her weave while handling people's food). I'll still go but I wouldn't put anything from there in my mouth. Time to start sneaking in my own snacks.
