I cannot say it enough: DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM ALLSTATE, ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. These people are incompetent, immoral, and impossible to deal with. I took all of the necessary steps, as instructed by agents here to cancel my auto insurance policy, and they continued to charge me my monthly premium for several months before I was FINALLY able to cancel it. Several hundred dollars later Allstate has agreed to refund me for the last 30 days only. Again, DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM. The level of stress incurred by them is not worth it!

Spent well over a decade with All State. Switched to another insurance company because the insurance rates kept rising. You would think after being a customer for so long All State would want to hear why your switching. Rather then asking why, they send you to collections even though your insured with another company and closed all payments with All State. Most disturbing, after providing All State with all documentation (including Mr. Lopez's email acknowledging insurance was cancled and service was paid in full) All State still fails to close the account on their end. We've spoken to various representatives at All State who say they will correct it, yet no change. We switched to Farmers insurance and quickly realized all these years we've been paying way too much for the same benefits and we get more coverage then we have before! Sad to see how a loyal customer had to pay a collection agency for services never rendered.
