For a budget car rental, Advantage was a great option. Although I prefer an on airport rental company, the shuttle was there when I got my luggage and the ride was only five minutes. There was a shuttle ready to take me back upon my return. The counter experience was easy and quick and I was on my way. Everyone I dealt with was efficient and pleasant. Also, unlike Fox, when you call, you actually get a real person and it is a person in the Salt Lake rental office. The car was a 2017 model and ran well, but the seats were badly stained. It should have been shampooed before it was rented out. If it had been cleaner, I would have rated them five stars.

Only had to wait a few minutes to be served. Member of staff was courteous and helpful. Car was a free upgrade. Not all marks on the car body were marked on the form, but staff soon rectified this to my satisfaction. Used the courtesy bus after dropping off the car and driver was helpful with luggage. Overall a very good experience.

I rented a car with quoted price of $62, all mileage included - clearly written on my confirmation receipt. When I get there, I'm informed I'll have to pay $20 for additional mileage because I live in state. Just this morning, I realized I was charged $20 per day for the mileage - bringing my total to more than double the quoted price. None of the representatives had the ability to do anything, they merely acknowledged that Advantage uses misleading advertising.

My experience with Advantage was very good. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. But Samantha the counter girl was the best. She was very nice and helped me out with places to go visit to Salt Lake City while I stayed here. She also was very fast on processing the paperwork and getting me out of there. I would definitely use Advantage Car Rental again.

I see many negative ratings here. I don't really know why. I have great experience with this company. I had no issues whatsoever. The shuttle was quick and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Maybe I was lucky. Anyway, I recommend it without hesitation.
