Horrible customer service. The appeal process on their tickets is a joke, if you get one you might as well just pay because even if you have definitive proof that the ticket was incorrect they will ignore it and charge you nonetheless​. I'd rather pay more to park elsewhere then to use their horrible facilities and endure their horrible customer service again.
