The McDonald's here is a pretty normal McDonald's. Stay aware at night in the parking lot - it's usually pretty safe but I was once followed for a block and screamed at for not giving a panhandler cash.

This MacD is one of my go-to's.
I find myself between 2 McDonalds - and twice a week I grab a bite on my way north. I actually live almost perfectly equdistant between going up the I5 and the 205. So depending on the google map for that day I pass both. I strongly prefer this location.
It is always well staffed, moves quickly whether you're in the drive-thru or the walk in and they don't get my order wrong. Since McD's is supposed to be the same regardless of location, this location get's the food correct. I can't say the same for the McD's on broadway at 6th. That one is well inundated with homeless and can't keep staff.

The bathroom token thing is an improvement, but I really hate asking to use the restroom like a grade schooler. I thought I was an adult, but I guess only children eat at McDonald's. The people are great. Otherwise two stars for being jerks and withholding immediate restroom access to everyone. You're a large enough company you should probably expand your restrooms to the neighborhood as a courtesy and as the socially responsible thing to do.

During weekday afternoons, they have great food. But lack in air conditioning. That lobby is hot enough to bake a person... I cant imagine how the employees feel.

Unfriendly staff, lacking the ability to speak and understand English. The counter woman walked away from me 3 times. She didn't give me enough time to get credit for a mocha. The on duty manager had a problem understanding my problem and solve scanning after a sale was completed. I would not likely return to this store. There are other McDonald's and fast food restaurant in the Hollywood area of Portland.
