Food was good and good customer service, but smaller menu then other Zero's in the area.

This location, when fully staffed. Is efficient and very courteous. On the other hand, I've visited the establishment when it was woefully understaffed .reality makes me give this business (2) 1/2. Stars it's an o.k. place when you're starving.
When I asked for my sub to be cut into quarters the top was . The bottom was rip it at your own risk.

I've always loved the food at Zero's. I would've given 5 stars but since I called twice before someone answered then left on hold while I drove 12 mins from my house only to have to end up ordering in person. Then when I get here the lady says "oh I forgot I had someone on hold" then I tell her it was me. Instead of her apologizing for my experience she says "well we are busy". As I sitting here waiting on my order the same lady tells her co-worker "well he knows I'm already upset because he cut my hours." Zero's management please do better training of your team.
