Good workout equipment, free weights and a circuit training area. Friendly staff and clients. This S. McHenry does not have a pool, but three others in town do. Carey has a fun Silver Sneakers class and just started a Zumba Gold designed for seniors.

Nasty mens bathrooms. Employee will out a wet floor sign out without mopping or anything. Very dirty and grimey. Save your money.

If you looking for a light workout this is the place. Its not crowded and they have basic equipment with a limited selection.

I've been a member of in shape for over 6yrs I go to diffrent locations depending on my schedule but I've never found a better gym no matter which inshape I go to.
