I enjoy coming to train at this gym. There's a great atmosphere, friendly people, and professional instructors. It's a good place to train for females and males of all ages. I recommend to everyone.

I love this gym. Tony is an awesome teacher and he pushes you to be your best. I've never had such a good work out in my life and I'm learning to box like a pro! He really cares about the people he trains and wants you to succeed. I recommend this gym to everybody!

I've been to many gyms up and down California and this one is by far the best. Stop by on a Free Friday and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

My kids go to this gym. Tony is a great trainer and mentor! He always has his clients best interest at heart. He's a great leader and my kids love his style of coaching" No pain no gain"... it's a great way to get your kids to be more confident in defending themselves. The lady behind the counter is always so courteous and kind. Great customer service and strong workout ethic!!
