Never again..never seen our refund. Told 3-5 business days..6 days later..no refund..called,was no help,told to talk to our bank. So quick to take money, but good luck receiving it back. The staff will give the run around..Enterprise gave ours the next day with no problem, clean cars

NEVER AGAIN!!! Rented a car this weekend for a trip Saturday-Monday ! We returned the car and the lady said everything looked good, gave me a receipt and I went on my way ! Next thing you know my CC is charged 477.00?!? The rental was 177.00 ! Get a call from them saying it was a smoking fee ? Umm I don't smoke nor do my 14 & 15 year old sister who were the only ones in the car with me , But the guy who was checking over the car had a cigarette behind his ear ?!? Come to find out we are not the only people this has happened to!!! They had me fooled!!!

DON'T USE BUDGET EVER AGAIN! I would give this location 0 stars if possible. Absolutely RUINED our vacation. After giving us a new car with a terrible FLUID leak, ruining our driveway, they try to send us a replacement car that was TOO SMALL for our trip at 1:00 am in the morning. We called to say this wouldn't work, too bad, they aren't open and had no other vehicles? 24 assistance is garbage. Ruined our trip as we had to get another vehicle after they towed away their vehicle from our house and did not replace it as the contract stated. Replacing the vehicle with something smaller than what we needed was NOT acceptable. Oh it sat 8 but had no room for luggage????? Went with Enterprise and would ALWAYS AGAIN. Better car, better service, higher price is worth it. We learned our lesson luckily before being stuck down south in their broken vehicle. Even the TOW-TRUCK said be careful they will replace it with a smaller vehicle.

Easy pick up, adequate selection of newer cars, car was clean, easy drop off. Overall great experience.

Got a good deal from priceline however this lot is small,staff isn't friendly & the car we were given was covered in mud
