I have been going to Bella Retreat since it opened in 2004! Liz always does my hair and makeup. She is a miracle worker on me. I have know Kay since our days in modeling school. She is by far absolutely the best Facialist in the business! Liz always does Emily's hair too! We love this place!

I have been going to Bella Retreat Spa & Salon and for over 6 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Liz cuts and colors my hair on a regular basis and is fabulous! She always has great ideas and suggestions for my hair. Very professional. Kay is wonderful. I always love my facials with her. Takes her time, very relaxing and knows EVERYTHING about skincare. I love going there. My mom and daughter are also customers. Suzanne works the front desk and is one classy lady! Always accommodating to the customers. Everyone that works there is very professional, kind and makes you feel like family. LOVE IT!

Just had a shampoo and cut by Liz and it is one of the best cuts/shampoo I have ever had.Liz is so knowledgeable, organized and CLEAN. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I went to here to use a gift certificate that was bought at an auction and was pretty disappointed.
The massage bed is in need of somekind of repair the head rest fell 4 times while I was trying to get a relaxing massage. Nope not relaxing at all!!! I was told that it has happened before and there was a metal bar that pressed againist my chin that I could seem to get away from no matter how I move my chin.
The facial was great!
Then the hair cut, Well just let me say it is nothing like the picture I showed the lady that cut my hair. I tried to tell her a couple time it wasn't what I was wanting then I just gave up. I must also say right in the middle there is one big chunk cut out.
Then came Lunch, while lunch tasted great(it was from La Madeleine) It was served to me while I was setting under the hair dryer, Yes I said under the hair dryer (wth) Not real classy!!!.
The pedi and manicure was great!
I didn't even do the make-up I just wanted to get out of there.
But I think $300.00 is a bit much for a good tasting lunch , facial, mani and pedi.
I don't recommend this place at all...
The owner was there, but never ask how things were or if I was happy with the service. The answer would have been no!

I haven't cried about a hair cut since the 7th grade. I am now 55. DO NOT let Liz touch your hair.
