I used to love Enterprise but I had a very bad experience my husband and I went to the South Everett store they charged us for insurance when we did not ask for it. Make sure you pay attention to your contract and how much you are paying. The people in the office were very rude and had to contact corporate. Never use them again

Flawless experience! I rented an SUV which they had ready when I arrived. It was the perfect vehicle for our road trip. Thanks Enterprise! I highly recommend.

Everett location 5500 evergreen. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean. The transaction was good. No surprises. Enterprise never disappoints me. Will return to same location next trip to Seattle area.

I chose this location as it was close to where I was staying, and it was a good $300 a week cheaper than the downtown or SeaTac rentals. The guys working the counter were helpful, especially with my method of payment: American Express e-certificates. These are a bit tricky but they figured it out. The car was good, except it didn't have a backup camera - purchase more Toyota cars! I only remember the name of one of the reps ~ Ryan? He was there for both the pick-up and drop-off of the car and was very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service all around!

A free upgrade is always nice BUT, it would be nicer if the windshield was at least cleaned off from the bugs of the previous user. Plus a 1/4 of a tank of gas sucks. First thing I had to do was go get gas and clean the windshield. Other car rental companies give you a full tank at the beginning. Why does Enterprise charge for gas (if you bring it back with less than what you started) from it's customers if they don't actually put any gas in the car. Somebody is making money and it's not you or me.
