Clean if simple place, you must buy to store your meals but that's fine by me. If I could add a couple of amenities tho it would be detergent for the shared washing machine even if it's just a couple of cups, dishwashing soap, and a little library, (books could be thrifted). It's close to the hospital and university and also within walking distance to a few stores and food places if you want to wonder about. It's affordable and I recommend.
