Hated it! This place i over priced and the quality is beyond bad. Service was good, but the drinks were watered down. The sushi was old and smelled fishy. One piece had that slime film over it. JUST DISGUSTING

Sushi was average. Ordered steak hibachi and it was awful. Steak was dry and flavorless (other than a strange metallic taste). Paid $20 for the entree, expected it to be way better for that price. Service was ok... Our waitress was doing everything to the best of her ability, but the drinks took ages to come out, and the food also took forever. She spent half her time with us apologizing. We were there fairly late, and there were very few others there, no reason for things to have been so slow.

We love Bambu! We get take out from here at least once a week. We have never been disappointed!

The meal it self is good, by the sushi is atrocious. Even something as simple as a salmon roll or tuna roll seems to be improved to get right or have any flavor. Today we got the wrong sushi roll, crunchy roll, and it was bland. The only flavor from that roll came from the soy sauce. I'll have to admit the saving grace was out excellent waiter.
