I love going to corto's. They are super courteous and know exactly what I'm looking for in a haircut. I also bring my son for haircuts here and I honestly can say every single time we come here we come out looking gorgeous! 😊

Not good. I was told I would have to wait 5 to 10 min which was fine. Within the next 20 min. SIX people paid & left. After 6 or 7 min. more I asked if anyone could take me now & the receptionist snapped, " NO"! I waited a few min. more & said I have to leave She said fine, " no sorry or let me check". ; (

Just finished getting my hair done here. Jeanette did such an amazing job; she took one look at the picture I showed her and created such a beautiful masterpiece from it. So thankful and so ready to come back!

Last straw today: tried to get my kid a haircut and was told it'll be 5-10 minutes, after 25 minutes we were told that the person who's doing walk-ins went for lunch and didn't tell anybody, and it will be another 10. After one hour I wanted to talk to the manager, and was told that he or she is not here, what that I'm more than welcome to make an appointment. Another time I had to come back to get my haircut fixed because the hairdresser kind of messed up. She tried her best to fix it, which I appreciated, But charged me for a full new haircut. I cannot recommend this place !
