I have had mixed experiences with them, however the drivers with the exception of one, have been a delight! I was just perturbed today especially because not only was I nearly late for work, when I made prior arrangements two days ago, to get picked up by a certain times, I paid nearly twice what I usually pay because their rates went up as of the first and they added a hazard pay, good thing I had extra cash on hand! Granted this is in the hands of the management and dispatchers I would guess, because I do not blame the drivers at all! They do as they are told to the best of their abilities. As I said I have had mixed experiences but often waited over an hour for pick up at night even on weeknights!

They pulled a no-show for a ride up to the airport. Watching Uber crush this despicable business out of existence is going to taste very, very sweet. Can't wait. Uber from now on.

Got me where I needed to go, quickly and with no wait time. Minus one star because of a scary near-accident (taxi driver's fault). I will raise the rating up to 5 stars if I use the service a couple more times without any issues.

They are alright. Its a hit And miss with these guys. Sometimes they are efficient and there have been times where I REALLY needed to be somewhere and I would wait over an hour,call 3 different times and get several different etas which were far from accurate. Their dispatcher needs to work on that a little bit because its defiantly is frustrating when u have places u need to be at a certain time and your being told over and over they are "on their way" other than that...they aren't too horrible. Their drivers for the most part do their jobs and friendly when they do actually show up
