We had great food there. Lovely artichoke, fabulous raw clams, we added iberico jamon and it came with crispy pan con tomate (wonderful combination).
Main course we had roast suckling pig and grouper, a rare treat from the Med.
The food was great but the service we received from the mother boss and daughter, both called Pilar, was really nice and they looked after us really well.
Really good food and not expensive.
Hoping to go back again in November. They are putting on the opera Norma in Teatro de Romea.

Came here 2 years ago and returned hoping it was as good as before. It was even better. The family that run the restaurant know how to make interesting and excellent food and serve with style. My favourite place in Spain

The ambiance, the food, the wine, the overall experience was amazing!
Not only we tasted exceptional flavors, but by the caring service of all the staff it felt like being treated and loved by our own family. The Fig tart pushed desserts to a whole new level... I feel like wanting to be shhhh about it, to keep it all for ourselves!:) It would be impossible not to come back!
