Huge variety of roses here.
But I see something better in Copenhagen.
Because Madrid is so hot and here some roses die like they didn't get enough water and care from the gardener. :

This might be the best rose garden I have ever visited. Most rose gardens will just line them all up without ever considering the big picture. This garden is different. It is beautifully setup and would be a delight to visit even if the roses weren't in bloom. I was lucky enough to visit in late June with blooming roses everywhere. Beautiful!

Absolutely gorgeous in mid May. Don't let yourself miss this. Visit early morning to avoid the crowds. Also, don't forget to stop and smell the roses!
