Okidoki hostel was great! Been to quite a few hostels over the years, but this one I definitely put high on my list. I like the fact that it has a bar and a lively scene while being quiet in the dorms so one can acquire a good night rest. The staff were all helpful and very nice and really gave me the desire to extend my stay and just hang out with them (sadly could not because of time restraints). Also, a special shout out to event coordinators Morgan and Perry for organizing great evening activities and showing local night life hot spots. They're a very sweet and fun couple whom I was fortunate enough to share a dorm room with. Breakfast which is not included, but can be purchased separately is basic but nice way to start the day exploring the city. Minor hiccup on my last day was the drunk guy in my room. Luckily the staff was kind enough to allow me and the others to switch rooms + providing complementary breakfast. Beds were good and was definitely warm enough with the provided linnen. Showers + toilets also no complaints about. All were nice and clean. Happy hour in the bar could be longer though? I still have much to see of Warsaw and Okidoki will be my first accommodation in mind when I return.

Top hostel. Central. Good bar. Clean. All you can hope for.

The location was very central and the lady checking us in was so friendly! We had to pay a €120 deposit because we're a group which won't be paid back for two weeks which was annoying for the boy who paid, as well as room key costs.
The hostel was great with a 15 zlotty (£3.15) cheap buffet breakfast and lots of space in our room. However, two boys had hurt necks in the morning from the very large pillows. There are shops nearby such as a large spa 10 minutes away and a small one a minutes walk. However, they don't let you drink in your room which is annoying. Also, there are some nice restaurants such as the Balkan restaurant on the next street. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Very nice hostel, clean showers, toilets and rooms. Staff were very helpful and all spoke good English so communication was easy. The volunteer guide was good and had things organized for each day and evening. The bar had a friendly atmosphere and very cheap beer, especially at happy hour. All in all, very pleased with my stay.

Oki Doki is a great hostel. The location is handy to venues and bars and the rooms are decorated in fun styles. The bar is a decent place for a few drinks before going out especially using the low cost happy hour. The one drawback was the check in service, although it was friendly enough, it is a bit militant as there was lots of disclaimers to sign and rules to follow. The damage deposit required was double the cost of the room. I can only presume that as it's a busy, popular hostel they have had a few issues over the years, but it put a damper on the experience of which is a very decent hostel.
