Worst commercial experience in the Netherlands. They did not want to scan a Social Deal coupon from the phone. The website of Social Deal in preparations for that, blocked the coupon to be accessed from phones. I realized until I was there. The personal at the Haman was not helpful (like for example allow us to access the coupon from their computer). As the coupon was going to expire in a period in which we were out of the country we explained our situation in order to use it, then they wrote our name and phone number so we could use it after we come back. When we came back and tried to call, they were on holidays, we needed to send an email, we did. We did not get a reply and when finally they pick up the phone the promise was broken, coupon was not to be use anymore. Actually after this experience we felt deceived and fooled. I give a star because I can not give less.
