I ordered 1 nasi kuning and 1 glass of ampula juice and while eating, accidently i dropped the glass and break it.
Suddenly the waiter came and change the glass with the new one. I was happy and thought this rest showed a good service to their cust.
When i asked for the bill, suddenly came out they charged me with 2 glasses of ampula juice and additional IDR 15.000 for the broken glass.
When i asked the waiter why they charged me, she said its an ordered from the boss
The food is so so plus bad service. Not recommend!
