Worst service ... I register complaint ... But No one respond ... from last 3months I'm using docomo connection but every month Im facing problems .... regarding Bills or calls ...

Sooo poor service.. staff not really good with customer..😔😔😔 sooo rude manager she is..if she donn want to handle crowd then simply leave the job..!

They've managed to find the rudest, most indifferent people in this city and throw them all in this one DoCoMo store. CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE service, their "system" is perpetually down so can't do recharges. They give out false or inaccurate information and behave like they're doing customers a favour by existing. Sadly, machines might do a better job than these "representatives".
They've managed to find the rudest, most indifferent people in this city and throw them all in this one DoCoMo store. CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE service, their "system" is perpetually down so can't do recharges. They give out false or inaccurate information and behave like they're doing customers a favour by existing. Sadly, machines might do a better job than these "representatives".

Only billing system is good just because of money is matter... Other services only for show. And it's all responsibility of customer to followup, visit again and again & beg to solve problem. Then if they (so called customer care executive) feel, they process your work. I suggest if you want to solve your problem don't feel bad about there staff's rudeness (it is injuries to your work).
If you want to give one single word to it's service then you have to rewrite the dictionary. Because dictionary don't have word for this type worst service.
