Pros :
- Leafy neighbourhood
- Homely and tasty food. Fluffy phulkas and yummy chicken curry. The cook is just awesome
Cons :
- Everything else is just a disaster.
- The room wasnt clean. The room wasnt swept or mopped.
- The Sheets, pillow cover, the duvet and the towels were soiled and dirty. When I asked them to change it, they came with "Fresh" ones from another room which was even worse. When I complained to the "Manager" he said the laundry isnt working so there is no fresh linen. So escalated it to their customer care and he came back after half an hour with an additional 20% discount offer (which I rejected offcourse).
- The toilet was flooded because the drain was on the higher side
- The cable TV subscription wasnt paid so it wont work
- The wifi wont connect
- Finally. The staff. They do not speak any other language other than Hindi. They aren't trained or understand what guest service means. I felt bad for them because they had to take flak for things they had no control over.
Lessons I have learned from my stay at this "Hotel"
- Stay in a proper hotel even if the commute is longer. Never stay with an online room aggregator. Treebo, FAB Hotel, OYO etc etc. They are good in developing a software but have no industry knowledge. Room aggregation is not similar to cab aggregation.
- Treebo group confirms my belief about IIM grads. High on gloss, low on content.
- If you can't provide a better service, bribe your way out.
- Never trust the photos and the 5 star reviews on the website

This place is at a good location close to main road; good eating places nearby. Cleanliness has lots of scope for improvement.

Quite decent rooms
Jan 15 night: We stayed here for the night post the cricket match in Pune. This hotel is located in a leafy lane off Baner Road - quite peacefull. The room though not quite big, is good enough if the idea is to only be in the room to sleep. The sleep quality was quite good. The bathrooms were clean though a bit cramped. They serve breakfast on the coffee room which is on the terrace and its by order out of few items.
