A bit run down, some rooms smell a little bit. Make sure you get a room up stairs in the 2nd or 3rd floor. Groundfloor sucks ;-) Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed there many times, always felt save and welcome. 24h reception, free fast internet, moto rental.
