The hotel is in a good location, and clean. The staff are nice and friendly. The food for breakfast are very good!

Hotel concierge were rude and unwelcoming. For a 3 star hotel we were not greeted by bus boys, instead they stood around us and watched us lug our own luggages. The one star rating would be for the generously sized rooms and great housekeeping team who kept our room tidy. We were placed on the 5th floor. Every night the karaoke place next door would have the music blasting which meant we were unable to sleep until late. Not to mention the floor above us kept moving tables and chairs around. Made a complaint and were told the noise will stop anytime now so be patient. Hard to be patient after a long day and all you want is rest. Would not recommend as there are plenty of other options.

Quite a good price for a hotel that looks like it could have been a 4-5star hotel in the 90's. Everything is clean, rooms are spacious and staff very friendly and helpful! Nina's cafe with good local food is simply a walk over the street.
