Nice hotel and friendly staff. It is located near the tourist center, which makes it convenient to walk around. Its staff always welcomes customers with big smile and friendliness.

There's service, then there's SERVICE. The staff here is amazing, they doted on us almost to a fault. They gave us the inside tips on etiquette and where to dine. The royal feast is an absolute must when in Hue. I have to no complaints.

Overall we were happy with our stay here. Good location with easy access to heaps of great restaurants and cafes, plus the restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly not so expensive. The breakfast buffet was really good, the staff were all really nice and helpful. I asked one of the staff (Michel - so helpful!) to show me what was vegetarian and he was really great. Plus free iced coffees - yay! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was pretty good, while we were there the lobby was being renovated but this didn't disturb us at all.

The only problems we had were the curtains were not blackout so basically we woke at sunrise every morning (sunrise in Vietnam is EARLY). Also the walls between rooms were a bit thin so it was kind of easy to be disturbed. Overall it was a good hotel!!!
