Janice, the owner, was super wonderful to work with! She helped me out big time with a quick trip to be planned! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with and super helpful!

I dont know who the other review is talking about, Janice is the only woman who works at Emerald City Travel. And she is super sweet and never rude even if people are mean to her.

Jenna was very rude she didn't listen to what I wanted. She kept trying to get me to book a place i didn't want to go
