The room was absolutely gorgeous. Very well appointed. Door/lobby staff very gracious and accmodating.

Attended for an evening work social event. Very good food and nice ballroom area. The pool looked very impressive

I staid in a big room, well it was two rooms, it was very nice. Comfy bed, sofa and even office table. With a great shower. But would definitely be less stars if I had to pay as its very expensive

This one is a very nice hotel at the Riverside. Ask for the Riverside facing room rather than a room with the city view. The staff is very kind and friendly. I was travelling to London alone for the first time and Nelio Afonso (Guest experience Manager) ensured I knew what I needed to know about the travel. Helped me with the city map. I had a great time in London due to the courteous staff of this hotel. Sure to visit again.

Nice location but slow poor service from the Bar staff. The bar ran out of all beers at 9pm during a wedding. Surely a Hotel in anticipation of a large amount of guests would have ample supplies. All the bar staff looked like it was their first time behind the bar. When several guest required cabs at the end of the evening the concierge had no idea how to phone for a taxi and the manager had to come and talk him through the process. Disappointing.
