This is not a hotel, this is a council house in an old hotel building, they simply did not take the Hotel signs off since conversion. Funny and true story. It is not a joke nor a sarcastic review, it really is a council house. The lady that opened me the door didnt't seem to be bothered with all the visitors like me asking for rooms and the sign will stay for a while I guess.
