A Brighton classic, fantastic selection of beer and other booze. Really decent honest food too. Very traditional and a proper locals place. Keep it up!

Always busy and understandably so. If you can get a table, or even just a seat, is a relaxed place with great beer and very good good in a characteristic setting. If not it can be a bit tiring standing and as it gets overcrowded you are constantly trying to avoid being in someone's way. A victim of its own well deserved success in that respect.

This awesome little pub is great for whisky (and whiskey). Food is good and plenty of ales and cider to drink too. It does get a little crowded at peak times so get there early if you want a seat and be prepared to squeeze in. Check the tins on the walls for random little notes.
