Very small , staff isn't very helpful and rude , sat waiting for a drink for 15 minutes staff was more concerned with talking on the phone, to the point I got interested o. What was on the tv and the member of staff because could hear the other person on the other side decided to just turn the tv off while I was watching , first and the last time too very very bad not a sauna like the others 👎🏽

My first time and was great. Very friendly staff and great clean facilities. Fab steam room. sauna and Jacuzzi and plenty of other places to do the business

One member of staff is extremely rude, rest of staff are ok. Not much facilities or friendly clientele. Ok for shag, if you're desperate AVOID.

Went Friday and was greeted by a very pleasant and cheerful Spanish guy who was working with a guy who I later found out to be called Marex who was very lacking in Customer Service skills and not polite at all. I decided that I would not go again but once I found out his name I would phone to see if he was on duty beforehand. I asked the spanish guy if AJ still worked there who always is very polite and nice to all customers. He is a great asset to you and all your customers like him. As for Marex who was miserable and not nice you should send him on a course for customer service and relations

Top place to be. Staff very friendly, place absolutely tidy and clean, must have been renovated recently. All is new, all is beautiful, I am very impressed. Thumbs up.
