Terrible costumer service. Got my order wrong, and when I called they said that the food was on its way, called again after 40 minutes of wait and a different person answer the phone and said that my card wasn't working when instead they alteady took the money out of my account. Moreover the bloke was extremely rude, didn't listen to what I was saying and kept talking with sameone else while on the phone with me, and also didn't seem to understand what I was saying. He also blamed me for the mistake in the order.

The best in Bath, great food and service at the right price..
They are always happy to do things like Lemon Chicken with no batter, my wife has celiac disease and is unable to digest the batter.
We just phone the order and its ready when we arrive.

Thought it was time to update my review, the same great food at the same great price.
Very polite and helpful staff and you can get an excellent car wash next door while you wait for your food to be cooked.
I think the one bad review must have come from someone who reviewed to the wrong takeaway.
