Lovely apartment, very convenient the only but is the tight parking and a slight maintenance issue, otherwise clean and well appointed.

Really nice place. We arrived quiet late due to traffic, but the owner was waiting around for us to give us the keys to our apartment. It's decorated really nicely, and the heating was adequate in winter.
Location wise, it's only a 5 minute walk into town, and there are a few convenience stores nearby if needed.
There is some on site parking, but not enough for all the apartments. Thankfully they have arranged a parking permit on a nearby street, so its first come first served for the on site parking.

Stayed here to visit my daughter at uni.free parking, minutes drive to uni and short walk to city. Room was clean and fully equipped for using kitchen. Staff friendly :-)

We had a very nice weekend stay at Nr 17. The room was large and stylishly decorated with a four poster bed. There's a kitchenette in the room with complimentary tea and coffee so we could have our morning drink whilst enjoying the view overlooking the Bath Abbey. The owner was very nice and helped us to find our way around town.

We stayed in the Budda room at No. 17, the room was very clean and tidy with all the basics supplied. The room was warm and inviting with views over the park and Bath Abbey. The Abbey which is lit up at night was fantastic. Arthur, one of the owners was most helpful and was quick to respond to all our requests. The location of the premises is great because is allows easy parking and access to the town, river and the canal. We only had one minor concern and that was the access to the en-suite - the door gets in the way, Arthur has since advised that this is being changed, Price and location excellent.
