The hotel decor is stunning. It feels like being in a real palace. The hotel is very located at the heart of the medina
However we had booked a hammam and were really disappointed. We ended paying a fair bit of money for just some hot water in a spa. There wasn't any steam nor encent nor any other prestation. The hammam was definitely not worth the price. I'd recommend going to one in the Medina,.
We had also booked the breakfast hoping to eat in the amazing voulted dining room. Instead we were in an upstairs terrace. The breakfast took ages to arrive, but was relatively good. It's probably worth eating in the medina as it's be about 20 times cheaper.
