Black list hotel, we check in hotel 11pm, reception asked" do you want breadfast" we said yes, in morning 10am we go to get breadfast, they say you missed, breadfast time over, they loudly say, guest why you not asked them breadfast time, we have not duty tell you, you must asked, this is your job, good experience.
