Had dinner with family and close friends here recently. We ordered a few items which are popular from visitor's feedback, and we are really satisfied! The fresh well-cooked lobsters and shrimp are delicious and served on a good waiting time. The service was likewise great, very attentive and friendly staff. The place has a relaxing atmosphere, homey feel.

horrible experience here. The water supply to the washroom ran out and customers were told to use drinking water to wash their hands.. drinking water from a 5 Gallon tank, customers were expected to flip the bottle and wash their hands. I spoke to the manager, in return was told the "food will be great".. then later he dropped by and did us a "HUGEE" favor.. brought us hand wipes..... wow.

I always enjoy coming to this place. The Red lobsters' staff remembers even our preference with the croutons on the side (For me to snack on) for hubby's soup (since he has gluten sensitivity). And stay always visible so you can ask for anything while dining. The food is of course yum. And they keep it fresh. I've never had stale bread, limp veggies or bad seafood here. :)
