Love this hotel the receptionist is friendly and the hotel offers free food from breakfast lunch to dinner. Simply amazing deal

Had a short stay in Oslo for meeting reasons. Therefore the hotel was booked. Had a double room in the 7th floor. The room is really nice, small, but really nice. The bathroom is also good equipped with a bathtub. TV: only Nordic - some English channels. A small cupboard containing a fridge is also in the room. And the hotel is located very central.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice comfortable clean rooms with free WiFi.
Breakfast was included during our stay and all the food tastes great.

Great location, with good amenities. Really close to the train station and the harbour for the museums and fjord cruises.

The booking we made included; breakfast, afternoon pancakes and dinner. The staff were all really helpful and accomidating - we made it back late one night and missed dinner but the chief went out of his way to prepare us some food. There is also a coffee machine where you can get coffee 24hrs a day.

The rooms were nice but didn't seem to have air conditioners - we were there in summer but didn't spend heaps of time in the room. The shower was a bit small and tight as I am tall but we managed.

All in all highly recommended

Very, very nice customer service. People are very help full. It's 500m from the ferry, Central Station and the Oslo Opera. Not the nicest neibourhood but well located.
