No complaints Indian food@Yangon.

We were taken here by our local contact. With Indian dhinchak music floating around, it was perfect "finding home" moment there!

About food - we ordered fish curry and laccha parathas. While the fish curry was named Kerala fish curry, member of our group, a Malayali said that it was mish-mash of Kerala style with everything else. Having said that, it was delicious and sumptous.

We also had fish tikka which was well done.

Though we did not look into the kitchen, hygiene seems to have been ok :), given that none of us had any issues!

Nice location. Food cost higher. Quality good. Service is good.
Realistically speaking the property costs are much higher in Yangon and work visa restrictions are main constraints for expansion of Indian food business in Yangon. Otherwise locals also like Indian food very much, especially vegetarian. Many Indians are visiting Yangon for various businesses and services purposes. Most of these people look forward to quality vegetarian food at a clean location.

It's ok. Not a great setting but staff are friendly and attentative. I expected the food choice and quality to be better.
