Personnel peu accueillant, vous fait attendre plus d'une heure pour ouvrir le kiosque qui pour finir n'a pas été ouvert du tout. Et pour terminer n'indique pas le bon chemin pour se rendre dans un lieu

Una atención estupenda, siempre fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotras, le pongo 4 estrellas porque el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no funcionaba y a casi 40 grados se echa de menos y porque la piscina la tenían realmente muy muy descuidada, los 3 últimos días prácticamente no se veía ni el fondo. Por lo demás super bien, el desayuno es muy generoso en cuanto a la variedad que hay, y aparte hay un señor reponiendo todo el tiempo, muy amable te ayuda incluso echándote el zumo, el café o cualquier otra cosa, un placer el haberse alojado aqui.

Kinda small rooms, the bathroom was really a miss in our cases and I recommend to book from website or the guys in reception will say no room or ask for more money. Regarding to the amount I thought it will be better that this at least in the essential stuff. One of the good point is close to jamaa lfna.. sorry but that was my experience
