Excellent calisthenics gym. The people is nice, great instructors, it is not a normal gym, you will find guys and girls doing a handstand. If you want to get in shape and strong at the same time this is the place.
The not so cool thing is that it does not have a parking lot of its own, mornings are great because you can park anywhere but it gets harder to find a parking place during the afternoon.
The place is not huge but it's enough for 10 people at the same time. During the afternoon gets more crowded.
It has one restroom for men and one for girls, with one shower each.

This gym is meant for calisthenics only, don't spect to be lifting heavy weights as in crossfit, but your muscles will suffer each day.
