The Kristal beach is wonderful and see view to the beach, and verry satisfacción and peace breeze sea , the recepción is Nice and with a smile, the room service is verry good

In general the hotel is not a great experience:
The good
All the personal is friendly and kind , that made our experience way better.
The bad
The reception didn't have AC so if you were on long trip prepare for a little hell.
The food is always the same, so the all inclusive package is not worth it. (Only for the drinks but is cheap alcohol anyway)
The room is old and the bed uncomfortable.
Prepare for a lot of people both at the beach and at the pool.

Beach was clean, lots to do you can haggle with the locals to get better prices on the aquatic activities. One down side is they are very persistent or pushy with the services.

It's a really nice location...except the beach waters very deep and the waves are heavy...the lobby services sucks..the lobby lady's give horrible attitude I have waited a whole day trying to get my wrist band and room...the bar people are great..the rooms are decent.
