The sales woman is extremely rude. She has no sense of how to talk to customers. If you cannot tolerate rude people, i advise you to avoid this place.

Bought headphones and the headphones cracked next day. Then they would not exchange. Sucks

I ordered an iPad, they said it would be in next day. They never bothered to call, but I did. They won't deliver (only a ten minute walk). Fine. Then they say they won't take a check. Huh? then said they need two days to process paperwork for our organization to create an account. We needed iPad asap. I have never ever dealt with such rudeness & inability to provide any customer care. I cancelled. Bad vibes!!

Took my MacBook Pro retina with a gpu panic problem to get it fix and after 2 week I got it back and I was told that it has 6 months guarantee on the repair then 2 months later I got the same problem again and when I took it back they told me they will check it and a couple of days later they told me I need a new motherboard and that I need to buy it for 600$ to 700$ if they didn't fix it right the first time then it's there fault. I payed the first time 350$ to get it fixed and now they want more money?
