This building is nice and new. Lots of great and varied restaurants, but it all closes pretty early.

"Kitte" means "stamp" in Japanese. The building houses the main post office. There are several nice coffee shops. Mary's has very good sandwiches, and a decadently cream cappuccino.

probably the best place to chill around Tokyo station area, not to mention the 6th floor's panoramic view of the Tokyo station with the shinkansens and other local trains making stops. I feel this building has the most number of (free) seats available for the public.

Cool building, interesting shops, free museum! Office tower built on top of the old Tokyo Post Office building, with 5 floors of shops selling everything from food to high-end traditional craft items, and an eclectic little science museum that's free to enter. Nice!

Beautiful historic building. Nice mall and shops and pretty good restaurants. In winter they always have wonderful decorations. But the best part is on the 6th floor - the observation terrace. From here you have a direct view on Tokyo Station and you can make some really good photos. It is also a nice place to just hang out.
