One of the best places to visit in Japan. You can either buy a fish meal or catch it yourself for cheaper. and then have it prepared whatever way you want (My friend and I really enjoyed the sashimi, its so fresh because you literally just caught it).

Catch your own fish and have it cooked they way you want it! Staff were friendly and fishing was fun. I would recommend catching at least one fish per person to have a decent meal.

Was a bit disappointed after leaving this place. The sea bream are much harder to catch so you either order off the menu, or end up eating some of the smaller fish/shrimp.
It is quite pricey for the food and quality you get here compared to many other restaurants in Tokyo.
I would only recommend to come here for the novelty if you like to wait a long time to get a sea bream.

You fish for your meal from the dining area, which is designed like a fishing boat, surrounded by large tanks with several species of live stocked fish, and when you catch something, the staff does a little cheer with your table. Then, you tell the staff how you want the fish prepared, we always chose sashimi. Of course it's always fresh, and there's nothing like the experience anywhere else. I Visited locations in Yokohama and Tokyo.

Incredibly fun experience of fishing for your dinner! Was assisted in catching a sea bream (all done indoors) and having it half sashimi-ed and half grilled. It was heavenly. Would definitely recommend - and you will need to book in advance! Staff are mostly friendly and can speak minimal English. Really enjoyed my dinner here.
