Lazy staff (the least friendly since I arrived to Japan, though as per the other reviews it might just have been the waiter that looked after us) and ridiculously expensive. They charge you 200Y each for tap water and 500Y each as an extra charge apart from what you order. That's 1400Y extra for two people before ordering anything, which is crazy. We ended up paying 6300Y and were still so hungry we had to go to another place after.
I ordered one type of meat (the most expensive) and the waitress brought a cheaper one by mistake. I accepted it not to have her go and change it and then they charged me for the most expensive one. When I complained she said she was wrong and she brought me the expensive one. That's NOT the way to do things. If she was mistaken she should have come straight away and tell me as soon as possible, not waiting for me to complain when seeing the bill. I would definitely not come back again, I felt cheated. The only positive point is that the meat is good quality, but not worth for such money and service.

Very good beef, but the quantities were quite small for the price. My wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

Super friendly staff and excellent beef. The shinshin beef slices really hits the spot. The other meats like pork and chicken really makes the cut too.
Coming here on a cold day makes the trip really worth it.
