スタイリッシュで繊細&美味なコースディナーを楽しみました。お味はもちろんですが、スタッフの方のサービスも素晴らしく、かつフレンドリーな雰囲気で、落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。

I went to the Conrad Tokyo to celebrate my wife's birthday.The restaurant was so comfortable. The ceiling was high, and the window was so big, and service was wonderful.I ordered a red wine bottle "Malbec" from the first drink.The wine was very tasty and matched well with the dishes.
It was a romantic and special night.
I would like to go to Conrad Tokyo on a next anniversary.

Four of us went to Collage to celebrate out daughter's birthday and we were thoroughly delighted with the the atmosphere/view, as well as the high quality of the food and wine (we each ordered an Y11,000 4-course lunch tasting menu), and the attentive service. The presentation of each dish was impressive (see the accompanying photo of our dessert), the quality/taste of each dish was excellent, the glasses of wine for each course varied according to the dish ordered, and the quality of the wines was surprisingly good, especially considering the very reasonable price of our meals. The servers/sommelier were very attentive and gave thorough explanations of the ingredients in the each dish, as well as of the origins, grapes, etc. of each wine. We were also surprised to each receive a (refillable!) complementary glass of Champagne upon our arrival. All in all, it was a delightful experience for the four of us, and even in a city with so many high-level dining options, this certainly stands out as one of the best all-round experiences we have had during the 28 years I have lived in Tokyo. I have written a lot of reviews on Trip Advisor, and have rarely given 5 stars. We will certainly be returning at our earliest possible convenience.

家族との食事で伺いましたが、今までに味わったことのない素晴らしい質と内容のお料理で感動致しました。サービスも完璧でしたし、ワインペアリングもとても楽しめました。伺う前の不安は一気に払拭され、大満足でした。これからはいろいろな機会に伺いたいと思います。
