ジム自体の広さ、マシン、フリーウエイトの豊富さは気に入っています。プレーとが元に返ってなかったり、ロッカーの使い方など少々利用に関してマナーが気になります。

プールがあるのがお気に入りです。奥の方にあるハンマー系のマシンは使い放題です。
他店にはない背中、肩のマシン(名前を忘れましたが)があるのが特徴です。

I really like this gym, mainly because it has so much space. Two weightlifting gyms, two dance/aerobics studios, a martial arts space, pool, hot tubs, saunas and baths. Also lots of natural light. A pretty good selection of machines and free weights too. some negatives are its a little far from the station unlike a lot of golds, it can get very busy on the weekend, especially with elderly people, and lacks decline bench machines and a few others. The staff are very helpful.
