The onsen is a nice perk, but the capsule is not long enough for people over 185cm tall. I needed to bend my neck against the headboard area to sleep with my legs outstretched.

Staff are really really helpful! They help us to receive our luggage delivered from Kyoto and even help to look after them after we check out. BUT! It's not really a place for you to enjoy your holiday especially after a long day of sight seeing. The capsule doesn't have any doors or basic sound insulation which means if you are a light sleeper like me you would never get any sound sleep AT ALL. People are coming in event after 1-2 am and making noise. In terms of Onsen. You should never expect anything you would got from a Onsen Hotel in Arima or Hacone. In terms of Hygen, just don't expect anything above two star. Anyway, think twice before you book if this is for your holiday trip. The bright side is that you can enjoy a basic shelter for around $40 for a night. CHEAP!

Pro: Great capsule and indoor onsen experience for 2K JPY. Very funny and helpful staff. Amazing location with top restaurants all nearby!... Con: people living in hotel are living in their own world (ie. Don't respond to your Hi's or friendly chats) it's no biggie but just kinda strange
