Nice facilities, average staff. Very limited/ no English.
The pilates and Zumba classes have been great!
Though beware of the yin yoga class! Not foreigner friendly( which is almost always a reflection on the instructor's own insecurities) Instructor bullied and badgered me so much I had to leave halfway through. Awful.

女子更衣室側に突っ込んでいけばジムエリアというドキドキする構造でした。駐車場は地下に置けば5000円の買い物で駐車券をもらうことができます。

最近、よく伺います(その分、高槻店が減った)。ケーブル系のマシンが多いので、鍛える筋肉を微妙に変える時に重宝しています。
