I've been there personally and in my opinion the service is satisfactory. They have A/C in their waiting area and i got quality service the last time I went.

Has a decent array of places including medical centre, island grill, barber, hardware, pharmacy, dental, flow, western union bill express..... etc

Red Hills Mall which was recently refurbished is the only mall off Red Hills Road not a lot of variety to shop mainly it's a supermarket pharmacy and local restaurant Island Grill.
