Service is great here. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The smallest room has no iron or ironing board so there's a challenge to get your clothing ironed. Nearest laundromat could only do it with a week turn around.... So a shared hotel ironing board would be nice. Breakfast is essentially a continental breakfast with some strong coffee to go with it! The hotel is near everything you would want to see in Como.

I have traveled Italy last winter and stayed this hotel for couple of days. If you are planning to trip around Como lake, go to this hotel and meet Rino who will give you the best hospitality. I and my wife still thank to him and recommend this hotel to everybody seeking a special memory.
